The LED rental cabinets are set up neatly in our workshop for continuous power-on aging test. Long-time continuous lighting simulates real rental scenarios including stage performances, exhibitions and temporary conferences. We continuously test brightness uniformity, color reproduction, gray scale and splicing performance, and pre-check potential faults such as dead pixels, color difference, cold solder joints and unstable signals.
Rental screens are frequently assembled, disassembled, hoisted and transported with constant vibration and plugging, which demands higher durability and reliability than fixed LED displays. As an essential pre-delivery quality inspection process, aging test detects and fixes hidden problems in factory, preventing on-site failures during events, cutting after-sales risks and guaranteeing smooth running of every project.
We follow standardized aging procedures and monitor screen operation status in real time to record parameter changes. Only cabinets that fully pass the aging test can be packed and delivered to customers.
